Exceptional service! This is the second time I’ve used Ponderosa Flower Shoppe, and once again, it’s been a 10/10 experience. The website is easy to use, the automated notifications are incredibly helpful, and I absolutely love the flowers! One of my favorite things is that I receive a picture of the arrangement by email—without even having to ask! It’s such a thoughtful detail, and it means a lot to actually see the beautiful flowers being delivered. Thank you for making everything so seamless and special. I’ll definitely be ordering again! The roses were a bit wilted on arrival but the bouquet was still lovely. ---- Florist's Response: I'm so sorry Lynnette! Roses really hate the hot weather we are having. Would you like me to replace it? I'm getting roses in on Monday again and would be more than happy to send out half a dozen roses in a vase to make up for it! Please just let me know.
