Ponderosa Flower Shoppe is the place to go for a worry-free experience. Not only did they answer my inquiries quickly, but they followed up with great suggestions. They also sent me a photo of the flowers I purchased, arranged and ready to be delivered. Now that’s a service I’ve never experienced and shocked me into grateful amazement! I always worry that the flowers I purchase from photos listed on a website might be vastly different from what is sent to the recipient. I loved the peace of mind of being sent a photo of the gift. Once again Ponderosa Flower Shoppe provided most excellent customer service, a pleasurable purchase experience. With short notice on the busiest holiday, Mother's Day, they exceeded my expectations providing a most beautiful product. Was even provided a picture of the arrangement to be delivered for my approval prior to sending it out.
