Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The flowers were lovely and delivered on time -- thank you! Customer service has been good. The only downside is that I was also unknowingly signed up for SEVEN e-mail lists (promotional lists and holiday reminder lists), none of which I wanted to be on. I have since (hopefully) unsubscribed.

I live in Washington State and when we want to send our daughter-in-law flowers we use your shop. She has always been delight to receive the flowers. The ordering process is really easy.

I always order direct from Ponderosa Flower shop. I grew up & loved in Camarillo area for decades. Now live out of state. But when I need flowers for local delivery in Camarillo- this is my go to shop. Always beautiful, always on time. My sister’s fall birthday bouquet was even more beautiful than the photo on the website. Highly recommend.
